Hi There! Please familiarize yourself with our Terms
& Conditions.
Our responsibility to you – Doody Soldiers will:
· Treat you, your furry
friends, and your property with the utmost respect.
· Notify you when we are
on the way.
· Provide head pats,
belly rubs, and treats if permitted. This service is only offered to your furry
friends!
· Collect dog waste from
all agreed to areas. In case of loose/runny stools we will do our best to
collect and clean the area and notify you of the situation.
· Ensure your gate is
closed upon completion of service and include a picture of closed gates to you
via text, email, or client portal. In case of any mechanical issue with the
gate we will do our best to secure it and notify you of the issues immediately.
· Provide a 100%
satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 5 star satisfied let us know and we will
make it right.
Your responsibility to us – Doody Soldiers clients
will:
· Treat our staff with a
reciprocal level of respect.
· Introduce us to your
furry friends, provided they are friendly!
· Provide safe outside
access to your yard, due to insurance constraints our soldiers are not allowed
inside client’s homes.
· If your dogs are not
friendly, please ensure they are put away before our team arrives. If our
soldiers feel unsafe or cannot access your yard for any reason, they will try
to contact you while onsite. If they can’t reach you we will do our best to
reschedule your visit. You will still be charged for the visit.
· Notify us if the number
of dogs using your yard changes.
· If for any reason you
are not satisfied, please let us know immediately – in person, or via text,
phone, or email, before taking to social media. We will make it right.
TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 05/14/2025)
Doody Soldiers operates as an independent entity offering
pet-waste removal services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to residential, commercial,
and business properties. By engaging in our services, you (“Customer”) agree to
the following terms of service (“Terms”), which govern the sales and services
provided by us (“Services”). Acceptance of our Services constitutes your
agreement to adhere to these Terms. The Customer acknowledges that our ability
to provide Services may be contingent upon factors such as weather conditions,
grass height, access to the yard (which remains the Customer’s responsibility),
and other external influences beyond our control.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Doody Soldiers specializes in residential and commercial pet
waste removal services. Pricing is calculated based on an average customer
property area of 1/8-1/4 of an acre, with additional charges applicable for
larger areas. It is the sole responsibility of Doody Soldiers to notify a
customer if their yard is large enough to require an additional charge before
servicing. This agreement does not give Doody Soldiers the right to
retroactively charge an additional fee for a yard that is larger than defined
in these terms. New customers will have the initial cleaning fee ($125)
waived so long as they remain a customer for at least four normal priced
services after any introductory offers. Customers who terminate their service
before four normal priced service visits will have an early termination fee of
$125 charged to their account.
ACCESS TO YOUR YARD
The Customer understands that inaccessible areas due to
locked/blocked/frozen gates or the presence of unfriendly dogs may result in
the exclusion of cleaning services for that visit, with charges still
applicable.
LEAVES, DEBRIS, TALL GRASS
While we strive for thoroughness, we acknowledge challenges
posed by tall grass, leaves, or debris in locating dog waste. If tall grass
obstructs visibility during our visit, some waste may be missed. However, we
commit to rectifying any oversights during subsequent visits following yard
maintenance. Customers are encouraged to notify us promptly of any significant
oversights.
WEATHER
Doody Soldiers operates during various weather conditions,
except in cases of severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures,
flooding, or excessive snowfall. We operate on a MONTHLY subscription basis and
do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather as we will still be
collecting the same amount of waste in aggregate. When possible service dates
may be adjusted for the week, however in certain instances services for the
week may be skipped and resumed the following week without refund. If urgent
cleaning is required before the next scheduled service, please contact us,
though we cannot guarantee immediate accommodation. Additionally, to maintain
the integrity of your yard, we may skip service or areas of your yard during
muddy conditions and resume during drier periods.
BILLING
Billing occurs after each service, with payments due upon
receipt of the invoice. Failure to remit payment within 30 days will result in
service suspension and incur a late payment fee equivalent to one week of
service. Accounts overdue beyond this period will be forwarded to collections.
One Time Cleanings necessitate a deposit, with the balance payable immediately
upon service completion. Credit, Debit, or ACH required.
HOLIDAYS
Doody Soldiers does not operate on Memorial Day, 4th of
July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. The weeks
of these holidays services will be adjusted by one day; i.e.- if your normal service day is Monday, the week
of Memorial Day it will be on Tuesday, Tuesday services will be on Wednesday,
etc.
GUARANTEE
We prioritize customer satisfaction. If dissatisfied with
the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the pickup, and we
will promptly arrange a return visit for cleaning.
REVISIONS
Doody Soldiers reserves the right to amend these Terms of
Service at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective upon
posting on our website and notification being sent to clients. Continued use of
our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. Certain provisions
within these terms may be superseded by notices published elsewhere on our
site.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I pay?
We have a client portal where payment is processed. If you
did not onboard yourself through the instant quote button on our website, we
will create an account on your behalf after you have spoken to a Doody Soldiers
representative. We will then send your login info to your email. The
process to sign up is simple and takes under two minutes. Inside of your portal
account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, records of past
cleanups, and you can link your credit/debit card into the secure platform.
After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and
send you receipts.
Note:
Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time
we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will
attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will
reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the time of
year, this could be weeks out. If you need help connecting your card, we are
always available at (479)-333-9992 to help you over the phone.
What time will you be at my home?
With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a
timeframe on your scoop day. We have many yards to clean, and our routes are
constantly being optimized for efficiency. This also helps keep our rates low
for you! Our routes run from around 7am to dark.
Communication is important and you will always receive
notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 60 minutes notice, so
you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our
route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on the way text. We don’t want to
bother you at 6am. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your
service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask
for easy access to your gate. We can also clean with the doggies in the yard as
long as they are very friendly. Our team loves all animals – it’s why we
started Doody Soldiers! Once the cleanup is completed, we will send a picture
of your closed gate to your email on file, so you have records of it.
Note: If our soldiers have never met your dogs before and
you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be
letting the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle
anyone!
What Happens If my Service Day is on a Holiday or there is
inclement weather?
Great question! If your service day falls on a major holiday
or severe weather which prevents us from providing service, we will adjust that
week’s cleanup by one day as noted in our Terms of Service if possible,
otherwise we will perform double doody the following week. You will still be
charged due to 2 visits of accumulated poo in the yard.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes! We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup with an
organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
Do You Take The Waste Away?
Yes! That’s what you’ve hired us for.
